Any application to join a DavidShield plan submitted by an insurance agent outside the State of Israel will be rejected. By participating in or becoming a certificate holder in a group insurance policy underwritten by DavidShield, you accept and agree that the policy holder is an Israeli employer which controls the policy. The insured is subject to the terms and conditions of the group policy exclusively. DavidShield will only consider applications to join group policies which belong to non-Israeli employers unless the following conditions are met: 1-The parent company is Israeli, and due to confidential internal circumstances the company contacted DavidShield using a foreign entity which has agreed to be subject to Israeli jurisdiction and adjudication with regard to any insurance policy or product issued by us. 2-Any and all negotiations regarding the policy and coverage took place in Israel. 3-The client company could not purchase the necessary coverage in its home or destination country.
