After entering the access code (000127) a voice message will ask you to enter
the required service number (2057). When using non tone dial phones, wait for
the operators and ask them to dial the service number (Customer service center
telephone number in Israel): +972-9-892-0950.
** In China:
10800-712-1798 is active from Northern China, using China Netcom land
lines only.
10800-120-1798 is active from Southern China using China Telecom land
lines only.
In addition, these access numbers may be blocked for dialing from hotels.
In some countries, the telephony infrastructures do not enable dialing to the
DavidShield toll free numbers using a mobile and/or public telephone. The
restriction in these countries may relate to the entire country or to certain
regions only. In such case, please contact us, at no cost, by sending a message
from our homepage (Contact Us), via e-mail to the customer service department
(csr@davidshield.com) or the sales department (sales@davidshield.com) or call
the Company offices in Israel, at full cost, at +972-9-892-0950.
