Ronit joined the group in 2014 and has held a number of senior positions in the group’s management, including VP of Operations of the group’s international activity, and leading the establishment of TravelCard Australia and PassportCard Deutschland. Prior to joining the group, Segal served as Head of the Planning and Strategy Development Division at Partner. She has extensive experience in managing complex cross-organizational international projects, business development and operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from the Technion and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Alon is responsible for business promotion and development, he joined the group in 2011. Alon oversees the insurance brokers who work with the group’s companies as well as the International Business Development of the group. Alon is responsible for organizational partnership and the company’s points of presence at airports and distribution points across the country.

Yaron is VP Sales and Underwriting and is responsible for the company’s sales and insurance brokers. Yaron joined the group in 2007 as a Sales representative. Since 2011 Yaron is also the company’s primary underwriter and acts as a prominent partner for product building, pricing and actuating. In the past, Yaron was a senior customer account manager for a telemarketing company. Yaron has a medical underwriting certificate.
VP of Provider Relations, PassportCard DavidShield
Ariel is responsible for strategic partnerships and work relations with worldwide medical networks, doctors, hospitals, medical assistance companies and more, with a vision of continuous improvement of the customer experience. In the past, Ariel was VP of Customer Service.
Legal Counsel, DavidShield & PassportCard
Tal is the company’s Legal Counsel and Corporate Secretary, she joined the group in 2016. As part of her role, she is responsible for providing legal advice for all departments in the company. Prior to DavidShield, she worked as a lawyer in Commercial Law.

Haim is VP Sales and Business Development to the Israeli market, he joined the group in 2004. Haim is responsible for business development and sales to companies and organization within DavidShield and PassportCard, as well as amongst Israeli communities abroad. In the past, Haim owned insurance agencies. In 2000, Haim founded with his partner Rami Rosengarten, “Health Embassy” which sold insurance solutions to Israelis living abroad.

Rami is DavidShield’s VP Business Development, he joined the group in 2004. In the past, Rami had management roles in Life and Medical Insurance companies, “Dolev” and “Arie”. In 2000 Rami founded with his partner, Haim Ohayon, “Health Embassy” which sold insurance solutions to Israelis living abroad.

Dana is DavidShield and PassportCard’s VP marketing, she joined the group in 2012. Dana manages the companies’ marketing endeavours including brand image and digital advertising. First joining the company, Dana began as a customer supports and sales representative. Later, Dana supported the expansion of PassportCard in Germany and Canada by creating onboarding training and implementing those in service centres. For the past two years, Dana has been managing the customer experience aspect of the inter-organisation project, Robin. Dana also took part in creating the customer’s journey with the company and improving the user experience of the mobile application.

Kim joined the group in 2010 and currently serves as VP of Customer Service for DavidShield and PassportCard. As part of her role, she supervises the service centers and the claims departments, the professionalism of the service and claims representatives, the company’s level of service, and the continuous improvement of the customer’s digital tools and innovation. Kim began her career as a service representative and filled positions such as shift manager, team leader of the Back Office and Claims Auditing. In her most recent role, she managed DavidShield’s service center.

Erit joined the group in 2021 as VP of Operations. As part of her role she is responsible for building strategies and leading the day-to-day management of the activity, including managing the customer experience, logistics and company budgets.

Shirley joined the group at the end of 2021 as VP of Human Resources. As part of her role, Shirley is responsible for the most important and main resource in the group, the employees. Among her areas of responsibility: recruitment of new employees, absorption and training, retention and development of employees and managers, organizational development, welfare and determination of salary and benefit policies. In the past, she held a variety of positions in the service, sales, and human resources divisions at Partner Communications.
