Flight Delay – Global Medical Insurance
We understand that our customers are global and travel the world without borders, and therefore, it is important to us that you fly without worries. Flight Delay is a no cost premium service to PassportCard Global Medical Insurance customers. Did you arrive at the airport check-in and discovered that your flight is delayed by more than 90 minutes? You can spend the waiting time for the delayed flight in one of 1200 lounges in about 650 different airports around the world. In the various lounges, you can enjoy free internet access and rich refreshments throughout the day and night.
How does it work?
Do you have a flight coming up?
Enter the self-service site up to 6 hours before the flight, click on the “Flight Delay” button and register for the service by entering personal and flight details. At the end of the registration, you will receive a confirmation email.
Have you arrived at the airport and discovered that your flight is delayed by more than 90 minutes?
You will receive an email with a voucher for the lounge at no cost.
Enjoy free internet access and rich refreshments throughout the day and night. Have a pleasant flight!
